How to Backup Your Communication Device

In order to prevent loss of customization, we recommend performing routine backups of your Lingraphica device to our cloud.

To start, make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi. Then follow these steps:

1. Touch the orange Menu icon in the top right corner.

2. In the Settings menu, touch Backup & Restore.

3. Then Touch Backup to Cloud

4. In the text box, type the name of your backup. We recommend your first and last name or your initials.

Note: Naming a backup is optional on a permanent device, but required on a trial device.

Your backup will begin uploading and you will see a confirmation message once it is complete.
