Step 1:  Power down the device completely

Step 2:  Connect the keyboard to your device.

Once the device is powered down, you will need to use your USB adapter in order to connect the device to the keyboard. Connect the smaller end of your adapter directly into the tablet’s charger port. Then connect the keyboard cord to the other end of the adapter.

Step 3: Turn the device on.

Power the device on and begin using the keyboard in any open text field.
