We approached it thoughtfully, gathering input from individuals across the organization to help shape the direction and decisions along the way. Our focus throughout this project has been on creating more thoughtful, user-friendly interactions and experiences across the site. The result is a new look and feel that puts people at the center.

What we mean by a better user experience

Hopefully, you’ll notice that we didn’t just make the site look different. Sure, you’ll see a visually cleaner, more modern website. But more importantly, it’s easier to use.

The navigation has been rebuilt to help you find what you need, when you need it. We’ve also added dedicated resource centers for the people we support most: individuals with communication challenges and their families, and the clinicians who support communication every day. These pages are designed to connect you with the right tools, guidance, or next step without the extra digging.

You’ll also find more real Success Stories. More voices, more experiences, and more ways to see what’s possible with AAC. These testimonials are easier to find and easier to explore, putting the people we serve front and center, where you belong.
