Lingraphica introduces name pronunciations on employee Slack profiles and initiated pronoun changes to external forms
Lingraphica acknowledges unintentional participation in systematic racism based on feedback from focus groups and commits to improvements
Lingraphica recognizes the impact of the Chauvin trial verdict and offers employees time to reflect and engage in self-care
Lingraphica makes Juneteenth an observed holiday
Invites employees to attend virtual “Belonging at Work Summit” and facilitated org-wide discussion
Lingraphica Implements an Applicant Tracking System which posts automatically to several diversity job boards and allows us to report on aggregate demographic data of our candidate pool
Lingraphica consults with DEI consultants and sets goals for all levels of the organization, including a 3-year plan for the Board of Directors
Lingraphica identifies organizational baseline demographics and presents data at monthly All-Staff meeting.
Lingraphica updates our Core Values to include DEI

Lingraphica invests in a Diversity Calendar which integrates with our Intranet and provides awareness and education around culture, celebrations and historical events
Lingraphica establishes ongoing quarterly donations to DEI-related organizations and issues
Introduced TableTalk – a monthly discussion around a particular EDI topic that creates a safe space to share experiences, become more aware, and support our colleagues.
Reaction Workgroup is formed to allow employees from diverse backgrounds to provide feedback on policy changes, marketing material and communications within and outside of the organization.
